Cathodic Protection (TCP/ICCP)

Smart Crafts Technology provide the service of Cathodic Protection System installation (Temporary CP and Permanent ICCP) using NACE Certified CP-2 Technicians and Engineers. Complete installations provided can vary from a simple anode system for the Pipe lines to installations of deep anode ground beds including, drilling and civil works. On completion of the installation of the Cathodic Protection Systems, we will test, commission, and make the necessary adjustments to the system to achieve the required level of protection for the structure. A fully detailed report on the performance of the system is usually submitted at the end of each project. We offer a monitoring procedure to maintain control of the Cathodic Protection System with regular inspection so that continuous protection is ensured and maintained.

OHPL (Over Head Powerlines Services)

Smart Crafts Technology offers complete overhead powerline (OHPL) solutions for both the beginning and end stages of projects, making sure the electrical systems are safe, dependable, and meet all standards from building to activation. Our service includes Site preparation, right-of-way construction, excavation, drilling, backfilling, reinforced concrete foundations, structural steel erection, drilling, and fencing works. Complete grounding installation, including rods, thermite welding, and resistance testing as per international standards. Installation of steel poles, insulators, accessories, underground MV cables, transformers, disconnect switches, conductors, surge protection, auto reclosers, and LV systems, including metering and panels.
